Icelandic design studio Flétta and textile designer Ýrúrarí bring their acclaimed Pizza Time to Stockholm in collaboration with Cornershop Kitchen. Step in, place an order, and take home an affordable, made-to-order artwork — handcrafted from waste wool sourced from the Icelandic wool industry.

Pizza Time is a performative design experience where an electric felting machine becomes a pizza oven and wool replaces dough. Acting as pizza makers, Flétta and Ýrúrarí invite visitors to order from a menu or create their own “pizza” by choosing toppings, resulting in a unique felted wool artwork to take home.

Presented together with Cornershop Kitchen — a platform for food-based explorations rooted in sustainability and community — Pizza Time reimagines everyday rituals through design, material experimentation, and shared experience. First shown at DesignMarch in Reykjavík, where it received Project of the Year at the Icelandic Design Awards, the project has travelled to Copenhagen, Washington DC, Japan, Rumenia and is now coming to Stockholm.
