At Stockholm Creative Edition, Erin Karlsson presents the first pieces from her Fisher furniture series, handmade in collaboration with woodworker Emi Shinmura. Rooted in precise joinery and geometric clarity, the objects explore craft as both structure and narrative.

The Fisher Table was selected by Dezeen as one of the 10 best designs at 3 Days of Design 2025. Highlighted for its stabilising cross-beam, intuitive hand-slots and glass-topped display surface, the table balances utility with quiet wit — inviting objects to be stored without being hidden.

The Fisher series is conceived as a continuation of Erin’s formative collaboration with UK-based woodworker and artist Geoffrey Fisher, whose geometric wood works continue to inform the collection.

Erin Karlsson is an independent product designer working between Stockholm and London. She is trained in industrial design at Lund University and the Royal College of Art London, where a Nordic design heritage meets an international, disciplined yet playful form language.
