Jenny Kästel works with ceramics in the space between function and sculpture. The objects are shaped through an intuitive process in which the material’s resistance, weight, and movement guide the expression. The handmade is not an ideal but a condition — visible in surfaces, proportions, and in the traces left by the making process.

As the founder of DRY STUDIOS, Jenny Kästel moves between object and interior, with an ambition to create contexts that feel open, tactile, and inviting. During Stockholm Creative Edition, new ceramic works are presented, each object carrying its own becoming and a distinct presence of the hand that shaped it.
