WOOD HANGUP is a group exhibition celebrating wall-mounted wooden objects, presented by the newly founded members’ association WOOOD at WOOOD GALLERY in Stockholm.

The exhibition brings together a wide range of wood artisans and wood artists, all invited to present works designed to be hung on the wall.

WOOD HANGUP marks the founding of WOOOD — an association dedicated to supporting wood craftspeople and wood artists through a combined gallery and shop on Folkungagatan. WOOOD GALLERY is envisioned as a platform where members can meet an audience, but equally important, meet and inspire one another.

Ahead of the gallery’s full opening in April, WOOD HANGUP serves as a soft launch — an introduction to WOOOD as a new meeting place for contemporary wooden craft, artistic expression and community.
