Tarkett Ateljé opened in June and is designed in collaboration with Note Design Studio. This new type of showroom is based on circular economy principles, showcasing how circular economy goes from words to action. The idea is to demonstrate how design and sustainability interact and how important they are to spur positive development in society.

What does it take to make a circular economy happen? This is the theme for our events featuring an art installation by Magdalena Nilsson, a presentation of Tarkett’s Circular Collection, a demo of sustainable flooring installation and a digital preview of Tarkett’s design magazine PLAY 2021, created by Note Design Studio.

Tarkett Ateljé is located in Tobaksmonopolet, a 1920s building in Södermalm, where Note has transformed a former educational space with a sunken auditorium into a modern arena for talks about design and sustainability.
