Erik Bratsberg is a multidisciplinary designer based in Stockholm. With a self-taught background, he moves freely between materials, expressions, and scales — from furniture and lighting to visual arts and interior architecture — always guided by a holistic approach to aesthetics.

In the Collapsed Cube series, he explores how simple geometric forms and traditional materials can be infused with a sense of softness and motion. By challenging the inherent solidity of both the cube and the material itself, the objects appear as if in the process of collapsing — blurring the line between function and sculpture, weight and visual fluidity.
