Siri Svedborg and Adrian Bursell are a design duo based in Stockholm. They share a common interest in design where materiality, detailing, and playfulness are central.

In the project Crayon Pine, they explore the relationship between craftsmanship, drawing, and surface treatment by drawing directly onto pine furniture with wax crayon. Through simple gestures and colored lines, the rhythm of the hand creates a decorative pattern. Inspired by traditional Swedish allmoge painting, the objects that emerge are both simple and playful in their expression.
